Please fill out the lease application to 421 E Hickory #203 in Denton along with a copy of your driver’s license and copy of pay stubs from employment for the last 6 months. Or, if full time student, a certified enrollment record, and proof of income. If retired, provide proof of income from social security.
Rent is due by the 1st, late fees accrue beginning on the 4th.
SMOKING, PETS, ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, DOMESTIC ABUSE , EXCESSIVE NOISE, HAZARDOUS LIVING CONDITIONS AND LATE RENT ARE ALL CAUSE FOR IMMEDIATE EVICTION.
If you feel you cannot comply with these standards, please do not apply for this or any property managed by TNT Properties. If you believe these standards fit well with your lifestyle, please return this application to 421 E Hickory #203 in Denton.
Please note the following is prohibited in TNT Properties with no tolerance:
- smoking
- pets
